OUR PROCESS
STEP 1 / ARCHITECT
A powerful story isn't a guess; it’s a science. As Lancaster’s leading narrative strategists, we don't rely on luck to move your donors. Before a camera ever rolls, we sit down with your team to listen and learn. Through our Mission Alignment Workshop, we deploy our science-backed, four-step storytelling process to dig past surface-level statistics and unearth the authentic, heartfelt story at the core of your mission. We then architect a precise narrative blueprint—the exact emotional bridge needed to turn passive supporters into lifelong champions.
STEP 2 / ILLUMINATE
We don't just point cameras; we create environments where truth can safely surface. Guided by our narrative blueprint, our crew operates with a relentlessly positive outlook and deep respect. We act as your indispensable partner on set, listening and learning as we capture the genuine moments that will form your emotional bridge. For us, production is never a disruption—it is a sacred space for your mission's story to unfold.
STEP 3 / MOBILIZE
A beautiful film without a launch plan is just an expense. We don't hand you a hard drive and walk away; we ensure your investment actually drives results. We deliver your flagship film alongside a strategic rollout playbook and event strategies needed to deploy your story effectively. We make sure your emotional bridge is placed exactly where it needs to be to turn passive audiences into lifelong champions.
OUR PARTNERS
A PARTNER WHO UNDERSTANDS YOUR WORLD.
ABOUT
I grew up right here in the Lancaster ministry world. I know the weight of a board meeting and the sacred trust of a donor's dollar.
I also know that people can know what you do but if their heart isn't aligned they cannot join you.
You don't just need someone to point a camera; you need a ministry partner. My approach is simple; do the hard work needed to architect a solution that will actually drive results. It's different than most because our outcomes are different than most.
Phil Spreadbury, Strategist & Filmmaker.
